Women's Bible Study - Begins Tuesday, August 31st.  We will be studying Kay Smith's book on Phillippians at 9:30am and 7:00pm.  Susie Carr will also be doing a study on "Building a Better Marriage" at the evening study only.  Childcare is provided for both the am and pm studies.

Annual Labor Day Picnic - Monday, Sept. 6th, come for a fun day of games, fellowship and food.  Games begin at 1:00pm; BBQ at 3pm.  Bring your own meat to BBQ, picnic utensils and a dish to share (last names beginning with A-M, dessert, N-Z side dish).

Baptism - Sunday, September 19th, 3pm at Old Port Beach in Avila.

October

Oct 15-16 Couples Retreat- Hapuna Beach Prince Hotel.  Big Island of Hawaii.  Stay extra days either before or after for a reduced rate.  For more information call the church office at 805 481-2320.
